Fellows Program in Public Affairs (FPPA)

The Fellows Program in Public Affairs (FPPA) is a full-time 9 month leadership development program that provides recent college graduates and young professionals with deep insight into the challenges facing the region, and the leadership skills, cross-sector professional network, and opportunities necessary to innovate and collaboratively address those challenges. Fellows graduate with the networks, skills and resolve to accelerate careers toward civic leadership, action and impact.

FPPA enhances Fellows’ knowledge of the challenges and solutions facing the Greater Los Angeles region, and the systems in which those challenges and solutions lie, by exposing them to a multi-perspective stakeholder community of the leaders and organizations impacted by those challenges and working to address them, via leadership interviews, organizational placements, and issue-centered focus weeks.

To be eligible to participate in the 2024-2025 Class of Coro Fellows in Public Affairs (at any center location), you must have completed your undergraduate degree before August 1, 2024.

Coro Southern California is accepting applications for the 2024-25 Fellows Program in Public Affairs cohort, due Sunday, January 14, 2024.
